debian: Fix copyright file copied from toolbox

When I debianified the sources, I used the debian directory from
toolbox as the starting point, but I forgot to change the copyright
file, leaving toolbox references in the file.

This commit changes the copyright file so that it contains the right
Upstream-Name and Source.
